What Our Annual Maintenance Service Includes
- Maneuver with Travelift (haul-out and launch).
- High-pressure hull cleaning to remove fouling.
- Cleaning of the topsides and areas near the waterline.
- Visual inspection of the existing antifouling condition and hull surface, following recommended best practices (cleaning, light sanding, and repair of damaged areas before painting). Includes metal preparation: sanding to bare metal and application of antifouling primer for propellers and metal fittings.
- Application of 2 full coats of antifouling, as recommended by technical guidelines for effective protection.
- Use of professional-grade self-polishing antifouling (Hempel, International, or Jotun), ideal for recreational vessels in the Mediterranean. For metal areas, we apply compatible layers over anti-corrosion primer.
- Application by roller or spray gun, depending on the case, respecting drying times between coats and before launch.
During the work, we perform a detailed visual inspection of:
- Seacocks and water intakes.
- Shafts, propellers, rudder, and other submerged metal elements (anti-corrosion treatment if needed).
- Overall hull condition to detect wear, impacts, potential corrosion spots, or other early issues.
Any anomalies detected are reported to the owner, and repairs can be quoted upon request.
